Haring Brothers was recently featured in a local Bucks County newspaper, The Intelligencer, on January 20, 2010 in an article entitled "Beef on a Budget" written by Betty Cichy.
The article highlighted three affordable beef roasts that are favorites of Glen Moyer, meat cutter and co-owner of the shop. The chuck roast, top round roast, and the rump roast (also known as a top sirloin roast) were each highlighted with a description of the cut and with cooking tips to make it a worthy addition to your dinner table.
